L
L (Linda) has practiced yoga since her teens. She teaches yoga in the private and public sectors. Her adult students gain strength, flexibility, and a sense of peace. Her younger students find a calm center by learning self-soothing mindful yoga techniques. L's teaching elementary to junior high school students results in social-emotional growth and improved home and school relations.

At age 14, I experienced deep trauma. My home environment no longer felt safe. I nurtured myself with yoga, meditation, running, close friends, hot baths, fun, poetry, art, and a spiritual focus on God.
Yoga continues healing my body, mind, and spirit. It calms, centers, and nurtures me. I will always maintain my practice.
I love sharing this beautiful practice with others and seeing brighter, more balanced lives.
